The Barn in Camber

The Barn in Camber is a stunning three bedroom holiday cottage tastefully decorated with natural wooden floorboards and top quality furnishings. Set at the end of Farm Lane, surrounded by fields it is in a unique location only a few minutes walk to Camber Sands.

Inside the property

The Barn features a large open plan sitting room, with wooden floorboards, beautifully decorated in muted Farrow and Ball tones, with comfy sofas and chairs. A cathedral beamed ceiling and a large wood burning stove (wonderful after a beach walk) merges effortlessly with the dining area and well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob). With two bedrooms on the ground floor (the kingsize double with ensuite and the twin room), and the large family shower room (which also has a washing machine discreetly hidden in the cupboard).

Sleeping arrangements

Master Bedroom 1: The large upstairs master bedroom has a superking bed.

Bedroom 2:  Ensuite bedroom with a king sized bed with a stunning headboard (fabric from Mind the Gap) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath, loo and basin.

Bedroom 3: A twin bedded room with 3ft beds, a TV with Amazon Firestick.

All bedrooms have sumptuous Egyptian Cotton 400 thread count bedding and large white bath sheets. (beach towels not provided)

Outside the property

The private garden benefits from sun throughout the day where you can laze around the large deck amongst a seaside themed area with pebbles and driftwood. There is a lawn area ideal for children. The Barn in Camber also comes with an outside dining table and chairs, as well as a BBQ and Ooni Pizza oven for those warm summer evenings.

The Barn welcomes up to 2 dogs. There is a £30 fee per dog, per stay.

Parking for 3 cars comfortably (4 at a push).

For those with an electric car, a new Hypervolt EV charger has been installed for guests use. (There is a fee for use during your stay plus usage).

Our changeover days are on Fridays and Mondays (only Fridays in peak season weeks), our weekend rate includes late departure on Sundays or departure on Monday morning.  We have a mid week rate of four nights.

If we have late availability and you are looking for a shorter stay please do email us to see if we can accommodate you.

A booking fee of £30 will also be added to the booking.
